Treatment of chronic pain disorders requires a higher dose of Ketamine and a longer duration of infusion time (2-3 hours). Our pain protocol typically consists of at least three infusions (depending on the pain syndrome you have), administered once a week. Pain treatment may require up to six sessions.

The mental health treatment protocol is a series of six IV Ketamine infusions, administered over a two-week period . After this two-week treatment period at our Chicago or Downers Grove clinic, most patients return for maintenance infusions once every four weeks for one year.

Spravato treatment protocol:
Month 1: in-person appointments 2/week.
Month 2: in-person appointments 1/week.
Month 3 and beyond: in-person appointments every other week.
Spravato is eligible for insurance coverage only if used as directed with the above protocol.
We will do the prior authorization and submit the paperwork to insurance for you.
